ASF Donations
There is an urgent need of supplies needed by the Aeromedical Staging Flight (ASF) at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center. The ASF is a transfer location for wounded warriors returning from overseas and in route to a final medical treatment facility (often near family or their hometown). They usually arrive at Wilford Hall directly from Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany, and may spend 24-36 hours before moving on to another medical center. Many patients have only their uniform, no luggage or personal items, upon arrival. The ASF collects needed items to give to these patients making their return to the US and short stay here more comfortable.
Individual/travel size toiletries are perfect! There is enough to use without having lots left over when they leave.
Another very pressing need is for NEW pajama or athletic bottoms for men.
